1. General Provisions
By registering with the 1xBet Partners Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the Affiliate and the Affiliate Program regarding the promotion of our betting products.
2. Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old. You agree to use only approved marketing materials and to promote the brand ethically. You are solely responsible for the content and technical operation of your traffic sources.
3. Commissions and Payouts
Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred players (RevShare) or predefined CPA models. Payouts are processed weekly. The minimum withdrawal amount is $30. We do not apply a negative carryover; your negative balance is reset to zero at the beginning of each month.
4. Restricted Traffic and Fraud
We strictly prohibit cookie stuffing, motivated traffic (paying users to register), spamming (email/SMS without consent), and registering personal accounts via your own affiliate link. Brand bidding in contextual advertising is not allowed without prior written manager approval.
5. Account Termination
The Affiliate Program reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account and freeze commissions if any fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or damage to the brand's reputation is detected.
